What's new

Every update, in plain language.

Current version: v0.35.0

  1. v0.35

Sign in and sign up are popups now too

    v0.35.0 · 2026-08-23
    • Sign in and sign up from the homepage now open as a popup, no page navigation. Switching between them inside the popup swaps the form in place instead of closing it.
  2. v0.34

Adding a hotel is now a popup, not a new page

    v0.34.0 · 2026-08-23
    • The "add hotel" button in the header now opens create-hotel/join-with-code right where you are, no page navigation, close it with the X whenever you like.
  3. v0.33

Your hotels, at a glance, any time

    v0.33.0 · 2026-08-23
    • The hotel-picker page is no longer a one-time screen you can't get back to. A new building icon in the header (shown when you belong to more than one hotel) takes you there whenever you want.
    • Each hotel now shows its current status right on the picker: rooms available, rooms occupied, and staff online, so you can check in on a property without switching to it first.
  4. v0.32

The homepage now recognizes you when you're signed in

    v0.32.0 · 2026-08-23
    • Visiting the homepage while signed in shows a Dashboard button and your profile menu instead of Sign in/Get started, and no longer bounces you straight to the board, sometimes you just want to look at it again.
    • The logo in the app's header now links back to the homepage.
  5. v0.31

Fix: a stray scroll arrow on every tab bar

    v0.31.1 · 2026-08-23
    • Every set of tabs in the app (dashboard, manage-hotel, onboarding, the guest page, the guide) briefly showed a small unnecessary up/down scroll arrow. Fixed.
  6. v0.31

Status moved into your profile menu, a roomier header

    v0.31.0 · 2026-08-23
    • Your status (Available, On lunch, ...) now lives under your avatar's menu instead of its own button, freeing up room in the header. A small colored dot on your avatar still shows your current status at a glance.
    • The header now fades the edge that still has more content when it has to scroll sideways, instead of a nav icon or your avatar just seeming to disappear.
  7. v0.30

    App-wide responsive pass

    v0.30.0 · 2026-08-23
    • Fixed several places that could overflow or crowd on a narrow phone: the dashboard and manage-hotel tab bars, the floating chat widget on short screens, the inline room-rename row, and several list rows that weren't truncating long text properly.
    • The room board and dashboard now use the extra width on large (1920px+) monitors instead of leaving it empty.
  8. v0.29

Homepage story polish: connector lines on mobile, a cleaner finale

    v0.29.1 · 2026-08-23
    • The scroll story's connector lines now show on phones too, they were hidden entirely below a certain screen width.
    • The finale's colored burst now fires once, together, right at the end when all five cards have landed, instead of a separate small burst per card.
  9. v0.29

Two more homepage acts, a finale, and a way back from sign in

    v0.29.0 · 2026-08-23
    • The homepage's scroll story now has five acts (added emergency alerts and team/multi-property switching) and a finale where all five cards pop in together behind a closing line, tighter and bigger than before.
    • Fixed the connector line sometimes missing the label it was supposed to point at, and a spacing bug that ran English headline words together.
    • Every sign-in, sign-up, and password page now has the logo linking back to the homepage, previously there was no way back except the browser's back button.
  10. v0.28

A clearer, longer homepage story, and a deeper guide

    v0.28.0 · 2026-08-23
    • The homepage's pinned scroll section now tells three separate beats (staff board, guest ordering, finance) with labeled statuses, a line pointing at what's being explained, and a pulsing live indicator, over a longer, slower scroll.
    • The staff guide gained two sections: managing your own account (name, picture, language, notifications) and what each staff status means.
    • Fixed the guest guide's description of the SOS button to match how it actually works: tap opens a dialog to say what's wrong, then slide to confirm.
